Two things that are asked for in this assignment are:
1) Choosing a specific type of document for this writing – formatting is important in this class. Most students choose to write the message as an email. This works well for this assignment.
2) the prompt asks that we include a “Discussion of the channel(s) or media with which the message would be ultimately communicated to the affected group(s), as well as the timing of distribution through these channels/media.”
This is strangely worded, but it is asking us to include the steps and timeline for the event that is going on in the case study.
